Justices

William J. Croutier, Jr., and Mindy Roman, two practicing attorneys, are the Village justices.

Attorneys serve as deputies to the Village Attorney to prosecute cases in Village Court. The Village prosecutor is Susan Boland and the deputy prosecutors are Christine Gray Ferazani, Christine Grillo, Charles Lapp III, Jennifer Milone, Joseph Muscarella, Michelle Prior, Jessica Serva and David Shargel.

Judge William J. Croutier, Jr.

Judge Croutier was elected to his first term on the Court in 2007. He is a senior partner in a law firm and a member of numerous professional associations.  He served as the chairman of both the Rockville Centre We Care September 11th Committee and the Rockville Centre September 11th  Memorial Committee.

Judge Mindy Roman

Judge Mindy Roman was appointed to the bench in November 2023, to complete the term of retiring Judge Kevin McDonough. She is a member of the law firm Horing Welikson Rosen & Digrugillers, and has been a Deputy Village Attorney and Special Prosecutor since 1997. She previously served as counsel to the RVC Planning Board.
