Irish eyes at were smiling at the Sandel Senior Center on Friday March 15. Dancers from the Hagen Kavanagh School of Irish Dance entertained with a lively and dazzling display of dance routines. A delicious lunch of corned beef and cabbage, complete with homemade Irish Soda Bread followed.
Once the music started, the dance floor was full and the festivities filled the room with the luck and love of the Irish.

Members welcomed Matilda Cuomo, mother of NY State Governor Andrew Cuomo and wife of former Mayor Mario Cuomo to the Sandel Center on August 17, 2018. She spoke about a mentoring program for disadvantaged youth that she created while First Lady and urged members to "make a positive difference for a child" by volunteering.
Mayor Fran Murray and Deputy Mayor Kathy Baxley treated the Sandel Seniors to a terrific luncheon at Churchills. 6/15/18
The Sandel Senior Center Men's Club hosts its annual Post July 4th BBQ Friday, July 6.
