Intergenerational Programs

Something wonderful happens when senior citizens and young people get together.  Both groups have much to teach and learn from each other.  Relationships are formed.  Fun and meaningful friendships are made.   The best part? Everyone has a great time!

The Intergenerational Committee is comprised of a group of Sandel members and Southside High School students who meet regularly throughout the school year.  Annual events include an Intergenerational Sharing Conference, a picnic and Holiday party.
