Tax Grievance

Village Tax Grievances may be filed from February 6, 2026 through February 17, 2025 at 3pm.

The application to be filed for a grievance and instructions are available below.

Completed applications should be filed with the Village Assessor's office at 110 Maple Ave, Rockville Centre NY.

The 2025 State Equalization Rate is 0.87

The 2026 Residential assessment ratio is 0.94

Grievance Night will be Adjourned to Tuesday February 24 at 4:00 PM at Village Hall, One College Place.
