NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Proposals will be received by the Purchasing Department of the Village of Rockville Centre, One College Place, Room 204, Rockville Centre, NY 11570 until 11:00 AM prevailing time on February 6, 2020 at which time they will be publicly opened and read, and the proposal awarded as soon thereafter as practicable for:

SURVEYING SERVICES FOR FUTURE ROAD PROGRAMS

The Specifications can be obtained / examined at the Purchasing Office at the above noted address on or after January 23, 2020 between the hours of 8 AM and 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM Monday through Friday.

Please contact Kathy McMahon in the Purchasing Department with any questions you may have via email only at kmcmahon@rvcny.us.  Questions must be submitted no later than January 30, 2020.

Award will be made to the lowest responsible responder in accordance with applicable provisions of Law.  The Village reserves the right to reject all proposals.
