PUBLIC NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed Bids will be received by the Purchasing Department of the Village of Rockville Centre, One College Place, Room 204, Rockville Centre, NY  11570 until 11:00 AM prevailing time on March 10, 2020  when they will be publicly opened and read aloud.  The contract will be awarded as soon thereafter as practicable for:

Supply Overhead/Underground Electric Cables and Wires for the Village of Rockville Centre’s Electric Department.

The Specifications can be obtained/examined at the office of the Purchasing Agent at the above noted address on or after February 13, 2020 between the hours of 8:00AM to 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 4:00PM Monday through Friday.

Award of Contract will be made to the lowest responsible bidder in accordance with applicable provisions

of the law.  The Village reserves the right to split awards between multiple bidders or reject all bids.
