Public Notice to Bidder

Sealed Bids will be received by the Village of Rockville Centre Purchasing Department for the matter stated below.  Bids must be received at the Rockville Centre Police Department, 34 Maple Ave., Rockville Centre, New York 11570 until 11:00 am prevailing time on June 30, 2020.  Bids will be opened that day and read aloud in the Village Court Room.  In accordance with Executive Order of the Governor of New York, the bid opening will be recorded, and the recording will be available on the Village website on July 1, 2020.  The contract will be awarded as soon thereafter as practicable for:

The contract documents, specifications and plans will be provided via email after the execution of a Non-Disclosure Agreement between the Bidder and the Village.  All Non-Disclosure Agreements must be submitted to the Village by May 26, 2020. 

Potential contractors are recommended to participate in a site walk through to be completed by June 12, 2020. Please contact Eileen Foglietta at efoglietta@rvcny.us to confirm the date and time of your walk-through.  Do not submit bid questions to Eileen.

All questions should be directed to the Purchasing Department.  Please contact Kathy McMahon via email only at kmcmahon@rvcny.us.  Questions must be submitted no later than June 17, 2022.

Award of Contract will be made in accordance with applicable provisions of the law.  The Village reserves the right to split awards between multiple bidders, reject all bids, or make such determination as in the best interests of the Village, as provided by law.
