PUBLIC NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed Bids will be received by the Purchasing Department of the Village of Rockville Centre, One College Place, Room 204, Rockville Centre, NY  11570 until 11:00AM prevailing time on June 24, 2021 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.  The contract will be awarded as soon thereafter as practicable for: Bid# 2106CP1(1015)

Sandel Senior Center Roof Improvements

The Contract documents, specifications and plans can be examined on the Village’s website at www.rvcny.gov. Follow the link to the Purchasing Department. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, bank check or bid bond payable to the Incorporated Village of Rockville Centre in the amount of five (5%) percent of the gross amount of the bid.

Potential contractors are required to participate in a site walk through at Sandel Senior Center, 50 S. Park Avenue, prior to submitting bids. All site visits are to be completed by June 17, 2021. Please contact Mario Bento at mbento@rvcny.us to schedule.

Award of Contract will be made to the lowest responsible bidder in accordance with applicable provisions of the law.  The Village reserves the right to reject all bids, or make such determination as in the best interests of the Village, as provided by law.
