Public Notice to Bidders

Sealed Bids will be received by the Village of Rockville Centre Purchasing Department for the matter stated below.  Bids must be received at the Rockville Centre Police Department, 34 Maple Ave., Rockville Centre, New York 11570 until 11:00 am prevailing time on July 23, 2020.  Bids will be opened that day and read aloud in the Village Court Room.  In accordance with Executive Order of the Governor of New York, the bid opening will be recorded, and the recording will be available on the Village website on July 24, 2020.  The contract will be awarded as soon thereafter as practicable for:

Award of Contract will be made in accordance with applicable provisions of the law.  The Village reserves the right to split awards between multiple bidders or reject all bids, or make such determination as in the best interests of the Village, as provided by law.
