PUBLIC NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed Bids will be received by the Purchasing Department of the Village of Rockville Centre, One College Place, Room 204, Rockville Centre, NY  11570 until 11:00AM prevailing time on February 13, 2020 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.  The contract will be awarded as soon thereafter as practicable for:

ROOF TOP HVAC UNIT REPLACEMENT FOR THE JOHN A. ANDERSON RECREATION CENTER,

111 N. OCEANSIDE RD.

The contract documents, specifications and plans can be examined at the Purchasing Department at the above noted address on or after January 30, 2020 between the hours of 8:00AM and 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM Monday through Friday.

All questions are to be submitted via email to kmcmahon@rvcny.us.  All questions must be submitted by February 6, 2020.

All proposals must be on forms furnished by the Purchasing Department and all others will be rejected. 

Please note that Village Hall does not open until 8:00 AM.  Please plan accordingly when submitting your response.

Award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder in accordance with applicable provisions of the law.  The Village reserves the right to reject all bids.
