PUBLIC NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed Bids will be received by the Purchasing Department of the Village of Rockville Centre, One College Place, Room 204, Rockville Centre, New York 11570 until 11:00 am prevailing time on December 5, 2019 at which time they will be publicly opened and read, and the Contract awarded as soon thereafter as practicable for:

Refurbish Cooling Tower 9 & 10

The Contract documents, specifications and plans can be examined at the Purchasing Department, at the address above on or after October 31, 2019 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

A site walk through for potential contractors is strongly suggested; however, not required.  Please contact Eileen Foglietta at EFoglietta@rvcny.us to schedule a site visit prior to November 15, 2019. Please do not forward bid questions to Eileen Foglietta.

Please contact Kathy McMahon in the purchasing department via email only at KMcmahon@rvcny.us with any questions you may have. Questions must be submitted no later than November 21, 2019.

Award of Contract will be made to the lowest responsible bidder in accordance with applicable provisions of the law. The Village reserves the right to split awards between multiple bidders or reject all bids.

Do not email your bid response.  Village Hall opens at 8:00 am, please plan accordingly when sending in your response.
