PUBLIC NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed Bids will be received by the Purchasing Department of the Village of Rockville Centre, One College Place, Room 204, Rockville Centre, New York 11570 until 11:00 am prevailing time on February 13, 2020, at which time they will be publically opened and read, and the Contract awarded as soon thereafter as practible for:

The Contract documents, specifications and plans can be examined at the purchasing Department, at the addres above on or after January 16, 2020 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm.

Please contact Kathy McMahon in the Purchasing Department via email only at kmcmahon@rvcny.us with any questions you may have.  Questions must be submitted no later than January 30, 2020.

Award of Contract will be made to the lowest responsible bidder in accordance with the applicable provisions of the law.  The Village reserves the right to split awards between multiple bidders or reject all bids.

PLEASE NOTE: VILLAGE HALL DOES NOT OPEN UNTIL 8:00 am; PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY WHEN SUBMITTING YOUR BID.
