PUBLIC NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed Bids will be received by the Purchasing Department of the Village of Rockville Centre, One College Place, Room 204, Rockville Centre, NY  11570 until 11:00AM prevailing time on March 10, 2020 they will be publicly opened and read aloud.  The contract will be awarded as soon thereafter as practicable for:

Miscellaneous Materials for the Village of Rockville Centre Electric Department for 2020/2021

The specifications  can be obtained/examined at the office of the Purchasing Agent, at the above noted address on or after February 13, 2020 between the hours of 8:00 am to 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Potential contractors are required to participate in a conference call the week of February 17, 2020. Please contact Mike Valenzano at mvalenzano@rvcny.us to confirm attendance.

Award of Contract will be made to the lowest responsible bidder in accordance with applicable provisions

of the law.  The Village reserves the right to split awards between multiple bidders or reject all bids.
