PUBLIC NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed Bids will be received by the Purchasing Department of the Village of Rockville Centre, temporary Village Hall location at 34 Maple Avenue, Rockville Centre, NY  11570 until 11:00 am prevailing time on September 8, 2022 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.  The contract will be awarded as soon thereafter as practicable for: Bid# 2208CD1(1056)

Martin Luther King Community Center Front Portico

The bid specifications and drawings can be obtained/examined on the Village’s website at www.rvcny.gov.  Follow the link to the Purchasing Department. There is a 30% MWBE participation requirement for this project.

Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, bank check or bid bond payable to the Incorporated Village of Rockville Centre in the amount of five (5%) percent of the gross amount of the bid.

Award of Contract will be made to the lowest responsible bidder in accordance with applicable provisions of the law.  The Village reserves the right to reject all bids, or make such determination as in the best interests of the Village, as provided by law.
