NOTICE OF REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS

 

Sealed proposals will be received by the Village of Rockville Centre Purchasing Department for the matter stated below.  Proposals must be received at the Rockville Centre Police Department, 34 Maple Ave., Rockville Centre, New York 11570 until 11:00 am prevailing time on May 6, 2021. Proposals will be opened that day and read aloud in the Village Court Room.  In accordance with Executive Order of the Governor of New York, the bid opening will be recorded, and the recording will be available on the Village website on May 7, 2021.  The contract will be awarded as soon thereafter as practicable for:

All questions should be directed to the Purchasing Department. Please contact Debbie Advocate via email only, at dadvocate@rvcny.us. Questions must be submitted no later than April 26, 2021 COB.

 

Award of Contract will be made in accordance with applicable provisions of the law.  The Village reserves the right to split awards between multiple bidders or reject all proposals, or make such determination as in the best interests of the Village, as provided by law.
