PUBLIC NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed Bids will be received by the Purchasing Department of the Village of Rockville Centre, One College Place, Room 204, Rockville Centre, NY  11570 until 11:00AM prevailing time on January 30, 2020 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.  The contract will be awarded as soon thereafter as practicable for:

GENERAL MAINTENANCE & INSPECTION OF WATER SUPPLY WELLS

The Specifications can be obtained/examined at the office of Purchasing at the above noted address on or after Janaury16, 2020 between the hours of 8:00AM and 1:00PM and 2:00PM and 4:00PM Monday through Friday.

Award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder in accordance with applicable provisions of the law.  The Village reserves the right to reject all bids.

VILLAGE HALL DOES NOT OPEN UNTIL 8:00AM; PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY WHEN SUBMITTING YOUR RESPONSE.
