Public Notice to Bidders

Sealed Bids will be received by the Purchasing Department of the Village of Rockville Centre, One College Place, Room 204, Rockville Centre, New York 11570 for the matter stated below until 11:00 am prevailing time on APRIL 7, 2022 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The contract will be awarded as soon thereafter as practicable for:

ENGINE 14 CONTROLS UPGRADE

The Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for this bid can be obtained on the Village’s website at www.rvcny.gov.  Follow the link to the Purchasing Department. Upon execution by the Bidder and Village of the Non-Disclosure Agreement, the Bid documents; specifications and drawings will be provided.

All signed NDA’s must be returned to the Purchasing Department by March 3, 2022.

Potential bidders are recommended to participate in a site walk thru to be completed by March 25, 2022. Please contact Eileen Foglietta via email only at efoglietta@rvcny.us to confirm attendance. This meeting is not mandatory; however, it is highly recommended that all potential bidders attend.

Award of Contract will be made to the lowest responsible bidder in accordance with applicable provisions of the law.  The Village reserves the right to reject all bids or make such determination as in the best interests of the Village, as provided by law.
