Public Notice to Bidders

Sealed Bids will be received by the Purchasing Department of the Village of Rockville Centre, One College Place, Room 204, Rockville Centre, New York 11570 for the matter stated below until 11:00 am prevailing time on NOVEMBER 4, 2021 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The contract will be awarded as soon thereafter as practicable for:

COMMUNICATIONS PROJECT FOR THE ROCKVILLE CENTRE POLICE DEPARTMENT

Bid No. 2110PD2(1025)

The contract documents and specifications can be examined on the Village’s website at www.rvcny.gov.  Follow the link to the Purchasing Department. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, bank check or bid bond payable to the Incorporated Village of Rockville Centre in the amount of five (5%) percent of the gross amount of the bid.

All questions should be directed to the Purchasing Department.  Please contact Lisa Strazzeri via email only at lstrazzeri@rvcny.us.  Questions must be submitted no later than October 28, 2021.

Any vendor that wishes to bid on this project is welcome to schedule a site visit to review, question and go over the Scope of the work. This must be coordinated with the Village of Rockville Centre Purchasing Department. Any and all visits must be done prior to the opening of the BID.

Award of Contract will be made to the lowest responsible bidder in accordance with applicable provisions of the law.  The Village reserves the right to reject all bids or make such determination as in the best interests of the Village, as provided by law.
