PUBLIC NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed Bids will be received by the Village of Rockville Centre Purchasing Department for the matter stated below.  Bids must be received at the temporary Village Hall location, 34 Maple Ave., Rockville Centre, New York 11570 until 11:00 am prevailing time on August 4, 2022. Bids will be publicly opened that day and read aloud.  The contract will be awarded as soon thereafter as practicable for: BID No. 2207W1(1053)

CHEMICAL HYDRATED LIME

The bid specifications can be obtained/examined on the Village’s website at www.rvcny.gov.  Follow the link to the Purchasing Department.

All questions should be directed to the Purchasing Department. Please contact Lisa Strazzeri via email only, at Lstrazzeri@rvcny.us.  Questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2022.

Award of Contract will be made in accordance with applicable provisions of the law.  The Village reserves the right to split awards between multiple bidders or reject all bids, or make such determination as in the best interests of the Village, as provided by law.
