PUBLIC NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed Bids will be received by the Purchasing Department of the Village of Rockville Centre, temporary Village Hall location at 34 Maple Avenue, Rockville Centre, NY  11570 until 11:00 am prevailing time on July 28, 2022 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.  The contract will be awarded as soon thereafter as practicable for: Bid# 2206E1(1051)A

2022 RVC MANHOLE RESTORATION PROGRAM

The bid specifications and drawings can be obtained/examined on the Village’s website at www.rvcny.gov.  Follow the link to the Purchasing Department.

Please contact Eileen Foglietta at efoglietta@rvcny.us to confirm your attendance at recommended site walk through on July 14, 2022. Manhole pictures are also available upon request.

Please contact Lisa Strazzeri in the Purchasing Department via email only at lstrazzeri@rvcny.us with any questions no later than July 21, 2022.

Award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder in accordance with applicable provisions of the law.  The Village reserves the right to split awards between multiple bidders or reject all bids.
