Public Notice to Bidders

Sealed Bids will be received by the Village of Rockville Centre Purchasing Department for the matter stated below.  Bids must be received at the Rockville Centre Police Department, 34 Maple Ave., Rockville Centre, New York 11570 until 11:00 am prevailing time on February 25, 2021. Bids will be opened that day and read aloud in the Village Court Room.  In accordance with Executive Order of the Governor of New York, the bid opening will be recorded, and the recording will be available on the Village website on February 26, 2021.  The contract will be awarded as soon thereafter as practicable for:

Potential contractors are required to participate in a conference call the week of February 15, 2021. Please contact Mike Valenzano at mvalenzano@rvcny.us to confirm attendance.

All questions should be directed to the Purchasing Department.  Please contact Debbie Advocate in the Purchasing Department  via email only at dadvocate@rvcny.us with any questions you may have. Questions must be received no later than February 17, 2021.

Award of Contract will be made in accordance with applicable provisions of the law.  The Village reserves the right to split awards between multiple bidders or reject all bids, or make such determination as in the best interests of the Village, as provided by law.
