PUBLIC NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed Bids will be received by the Purchasing Department of the Village of Rockville Centre, One College Place, Room 204, Rockville Centre, New York 11570 until 11:00 am prevailing time on Thursday December 19, 2019 at which time they will be publicly opened and read, and the Contract awarded as soon thereafter as practicable for:

Cooling Tower Maintenance Program and Plan

The Contract documents, specifications and plans can be examined at the Purchasing Department, at the address above on or after Thursday November 21, 2019 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

It is recommended that potential contractors participate in a site walk through by December 6, 2019.  Please contact Eileen Foglietta at EFoglietta@rvcny.us to schedule a site visit. Please do not forward bid questions to Eileen Foglietta.

Please contact Kathy McMahon in the purchasing department via email only at KMcmahon@rvcny.us with any questions you may have. Questions must be submitted no later than Tuesday December 10, 2019.

Award of Contract will be made to the lowest responsible bidder in accordance with applicable provisions of the law. The Village reserves the right to split awards between multiple bidders or reject all bids.
